  In short(helped by Karen) -Great customer service -Excellent knowledge of her role -Multiple solutions -Kind -Prompt Went into the store to get my print order printed, founded out it takes couple of hours to go through. Nonetheless, Karen, the sales rep provided me with multiple solutions to get my printing jobs done. While attentively helping other customer as the store was closing in a couple of minutes.

  This is specifically for the store in Springfield, VA near the interchange. I went there to get, among other things, Bic Ultra Round Stick Grip ink pens with black ink. While there was a surfeit of the pens with green, red and blue ink, there were none with black ink. Other than that, everything was fabulous.
