Initally he thought he wanted basketball shoes and the staff was really pleasant and despite not selling that product there helped him to know what to look for when he left the store to shop elsewhere. He decided he was actually interested in running shoes (though they didn't pressure him to change his mind or anything) and they watched him run then gave a lot of different options. Overall they were very friendly, knowledgeable, and I'm happy we went there.
