The mattress came and it looked fine in the plastic but once out it had threads hanging off everywhere. The box spring/foundation was still in the plastic and turns out we didn’t need JT for our daughters bed but their policy is no returns. For the price etc it isn’t worth going with them. Much better to go with sears or a department store and be able to return unused and unopened parts and receive quality mattresses
