I had already purchased a replacement battery for my watch, but I couldn't get the back cover off of it because I didn't have a jeweler's knife. I brought it to John Greenan & Sons in Springfield. They took the cover off for me, told me how to replace the battery and put the watch back together, and didn't charge me anything. Given this friendly customer service, I'll gladly return there whenever I have any serious watch or jewelry work to be done.
